Concept letters with cover sheet applications should be submitted by February 1 and July 15.

All concept letters are carefully reviewed by staff.  You will be notified promptly when the Hyde Foundations receive your concept letter, and will then be notified regarding the status of your concept letter within six to eight weeks of submission.

If the proposal is brought forward for review and approval by our board of trustees, applicants will be notified of the funding decision in writing no later than two weeks following the board meeting.
